The Sr. ML Engineer will enhance Visa's AI platform across various environments, optimize code, develop solutions, and build high-performance systems using cloud technologies and machine learning techniques.

Lead multiple engineering teams, guide architecture and technical reviews, drive engineering excellence and automation, hire and mentor talent, champion emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, cloud-native), and ensure scalable, secure payment solutions.

Design, build, and maintain machine learning systems and fraud-detection solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, perform code reviews and testing, optimize performance and maintainability, and deliver data-driven business solutions while producing technical documentation and ensuring security and architectural compliance.

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with global teams on code quality, performance, documentation, and delivery; support analytics, data governance, and tooling improvements.

Lead a North America Business Optimization team to deliver data-driven insights and advisory engagements for merchant and acquiring partners. Oversee analysts/consultants, build analytical tools, present findings to clients and stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic solutions to improve portfolio performance and profitability.
