Lead global HR technology strategy, build and manage an HRIS team, drive Workday and HR platform implementations, prioritize and deliver HR tech and continuous improvement projects, apply emerging technologies (including AI), and partner with HR, IT, and Data & Analytics to ensure scalable, secure HR systems and strong employee experience.

Maintain SAP production order releases and MRP to ensure on-time material availability; perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis; manage inventory velocity in a sloc; follow QMS/BKM procedures for material allocation, DMR/MRB replacements, and RTS; collaborate with manufacturing and engineering and report material status in production meetings.

The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice on global trade compliance, analyze regulations, conduct audits, develop policies, and train staff.

Lead cross-functional automation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure quality deliverables from vendors and support continuous improvements using methodologies like Six Sigma.

Design and implement automation systems for semiconductor manufacturing, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on solutions, and ensure compliance with standards.

Lead RFP analytics and supplier management for global logistics. Extract, cleanse, and re-rate large datasets, build reports with Data Architecture, support Coupa-based RFPs and contract lifecycle, manage fuel surcharge and currency analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to Commodity Business Managers.

Manage AGS supplier projects and execute commodity and TCQC supplier strategies. Drive tactical resolution of supply issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time; support procurement escalations; support cost reduction and supplier capacity readiness programs; lead small projects and collaborate across teams to solve complex supplier-related problems.
