Lead global, cross-functional projects from initiation to close, ensuring scope, cost, timelines, resource utilization, and compliance. Identify workflow pain points, implement process improvements, use AI to accelerate work, measure impact, and act as a senior resource to align stakeholders and drive adoption across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.

Lead customer demand planning, delivery alignment, and revenue assurance for strategic accounts. Manage contract execution, identify and mitigate delivery and revenue risks, drive cross-functional resolution, and lead process improvements. Provide operational guidance, analyze delivery and revenue data, prepare management reporting, and mentor team members to improve predictability, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Support strategic customer accounts by coordinating demand planning, delivery execution, contract administration, and revenue-related processes. Monitor forecasts, manage large orders, identify and escalate risks, prepare reports and metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Use ERP and reporting tools to maintain operational data and support decision-making.
