The Escrow Assistant will provide administrative support during the escrow process, ensuring effective communication with customers and assisting with various technology applications for transactions.

Manages Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts while providing leadership across digital transformation programs and agile software development initiatives. The role translates business needs into functional and system requirements, oversees analysis documentation, supports testing and product rollouts, and serves as a liaison among business, product, design, and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, setting team objectives, supporting hiring and performance management, developing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and providing leadership with roadmap, budget, and resource-planning insights.

Provides in-house legal and regulatory counsel to mortgage servicing and origination operations. Advises business teams on applicable laws, mortgage servicing documentation, compliance, contracts, policies, and product forms. Conducts legal research, monitors regulatory developments, interfaces with regulators as needed, and reports changes to management while helping reduce legal risk.

Leads, coaches, and develops an inside sales team to achieve sales, conversion, productivity, customer experience, and call center performance goals. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, call coaching, accountability, employee development, hiring support, scheduling, escalated customer concerns, compliance, and collaboration with Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and Human Resources.

Assist escrow branch operations with disbursement processing by setting up ledgers, reviewing supporting documents, entering closing statement data, balancing files, verifying funds, and preparing closed files for disbursement. Coordinate with escrow officers and title agents to resolve discrepancies and distribute funds accurately. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, settlement statement familiarity, strong analytical and customer service skills, attention to detail, and flexible hours.

Examines complex Texas commercial title files from opening through completion, analyzing chains of title, leases, liens, easements, surveys, legal descriptions, acreage, and commitments. Prepares title products, identifies ownership and curative issues, reviews commercial surveys, and collaborates with agents, underwriting, and team members to resolve title matters and provide responsive service.

Advises escrow officers on unusual transactions, documentation, laws, underwriting guidelines, and audit requirements. Reviews trends and reports, identifies training and policy gaps, coordinates and audits training, administers escrow file audits, supports regulatory and legal requests, and manages FAST rate and override-report processes. The role also serves as a liaison and subject-matter expert for escrow systems and requires strong communication, analytical, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Handles real estate escrow transactions from account setup through closing, including title clearance, document preparation and review, fund disbursement, settlement calculations, recording, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and brokers while maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, resolving title issues, and ensuring transactions comply with company policies and applicable requirements.

Coordinates title workflows, multi-site project intake, transaction management, mortgage loan file review, document completion, and settlement preparation. Serves as a subject matter expert, resolves complex issues, supports scheduling and team activities, guides colleagues, recommends process improvements, and assists with title production support. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, leadership, and attention to detail.
