Collaborate with business partners to identify and document process improvements, create SOPs and training materials, generate and review reports, support implementations, and act as a liaison among vendors, government entities, and internal teams.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for residential escrow closings: open orders, prepare closing documents and statements, communicate requirements to clients, manage disbursements, and follow up on escrow transactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Manage day-to-day activities of Underwriters, oversee title insurance issuance, supervise staff, and contribute to project planning and performance evaluations.

Examine title chains for commercial properties, conduct title examinations, analyze records, write title products, and provide underwriting interpretations.

The role involves developing title operations processes, managing commercial title transactions, and using data for decision-making. Requires significant title underwriting experience and legal qualifications.

Provide underwriting support for title insurance commitments, ensuring compliance with real estate law and guidelines. Authorize issuances and advise personnel and clients.
