Provides Level 2 deskside and helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, Windows, business applications, network connectivity, VPN/VDI, printers, and remote-workforce issues. Owns tickets through resolution, supports onboarding, manages corporate hardware inventory, ships and receives assets, and performs workstation imaging and installations. Requires three years of deskside support experience and familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and asset management.

Design and implement Oracle Cloud Record to Report solutions for clients. Facilitate requirements and configuration workshops, recommend business process improvements, lead solution design, testing, deployment, and integration activities, and guide small project teams. The role also includes planning deliverables, advising stakeholders, applying Oracle methodologies, supporting business development, and maintaining knowledge of Oracle features and industry trends.
