Manage executive relationships, contract negotiations, profitability, customer retention, forecasting, and cross-functional execution across multi-site accounts. Identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s market position. The role is remote with travel of up to 40%, primarily throughout Canada.

Drive profitable growth across assigned tissue-industry accounts through retention, upselling, cross-selling, new application development, strategic account management, pricing, and profitability optimization. Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, customer relationships, receivables, and account performance. Collaborate with technical, service, R&D, planning, and supply chain teams while overseeing application reliability, customer equipment, safety compliance, and issue resolution.

Manages small- and medium-sized accounts while generating leads, re-engaging dormant customers, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales. Builds and maintains pipeline health, achieves revenue and profitability targets, develops sales plans, and supports customer onboarding, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Uses CRM and digital sales tools to track activity and improve conversion. Collaborates with business development, R&D, marketing, and technology teams while maintaining strong safety, privacy, and cybersecurity practices.

Manages customer relationships, drives retention and satisfaction, develops sales strategies, delivers savings projects, grows existing applications and volumes, pursues new opportunities, prepares forecasts and reports, and resolves customer concerns.
