Manage relationships with North American venues, promoters, festivals, and other live-event partners. Drive revenue, retention, satisfaction, renewals, and improved commercial terms while coordinating with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success. Track sales performance, identify insights, support event operations, and help partners optimize marketing and sales strategies. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, live-events experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of venues, festivals, promoters, and ticketing.
