Sell Sphera’s enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 and enterprise accounts, focusing on new-account acquisition. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, forecasting, creating closing plans, collaborating with account managers, and meeting revenue quotas. The role requires success with complex enterprise sales, strong relationship management, strategic selling, and the ability to navigate matrixed organizations.

Manages product requirements and stakeholder collaboration for Sphera’s HMMS Suite. Translates business needs into technical requirements, documents solutions, coordinates user stories with development and QA teams, analyzes system impacts, supports test planning, and delivers customer presentations and training. The role requires cross-functional leadership, product analysis, client engagement, and occasional travel, with eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and Common Access Card.

Lead cybersecurity for software deployed in federal and DoD environments. Manage RMF and ATO activities, STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, FedRAMP and FISMA compliance, POA&Ms, SSPs, incident response, SIEM monitoring, and threat modeling. Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines, coordinate with government security stakeholders, and guide engineering teams on secure design, compliance, and remediation requirements.
