Manage the full lifecycle of TSA IT hardware and software assets, including inventory, issuance, movement, returns, reconciliation, configuration records, chain-of-custody, and disposition. Coordinate with technical, logistics, facilities, project, and property teams. Maintain audit-ready documentation, produce asset metrics and reports, resolve discrepancies, support licensing compliance, and improve asset management processes. The role may involve onsite support and physical inventory activities across TSA locations.

Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based, AI-enabled software for safety-critical air-traffic systems. Work in Agile/SAFe teams to implement CI/CD/DevSecOps practices, integrate with databases, messaging, and external APIs, use AI-assisted tools, and support testing, performance tuning, and reliable delivery while meeting Public Trust and U.S. citizenship requirements.

Lead design and implementation of microservices-based, safety-critical software in an Agile/SAFe environment. Collaborate with systems engineering, DevSecOps, QA, and product teams to deliver cloud-native, AI-enabled systems, integrate with databases and messaging (Kafka), and apply CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools. Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintainability while meeting government security and background requirements.
