The Specialist III, Enrollment Operations manages delegated credentialing agreements with health insurance payors, ensuring compliance and operational execution while preparing for audits and assisting in communication with payor relationships.

Own and architect the People Systems roadmap: build Rippling automations (Workflow Studio), manage sandbox QA, run the annual compliance calendar, maintain HRIS integrations, and mentor People Operations staff. Evaluate AI tooling to reduce manual work and ensure data integrity across people tech.

Provide inbound support to payor partner clinicians and clients via phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot billing and product issues with RCM and Engineering; collaborate across Customer Operations; meet with manager for feedback and goals. Fully remote role with occasional (2-3/yr) travel for offsites.
