Lead the design, implementation, and support of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.

Lead development and maintenance of high-performance Assembler (ALC/BAL) code for mainframe communications. Diagnose and resolve complex communications failures using system dumps and network traces. Build and maintain complex JCL and REXX automation for monitoring and recovery; use IPCS, OMEGAMON, and NetView for debugging and performance tuning.
