Under supervision, perform credit analysis, underwriting, and ongoing portfolio management for wholesale commercial banking clients. Prepare credit approval packages, monitor covenant compliance, evaluate risk, review documentation and third-party reports, support relationship managers in origination and client servicing, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Manage and coach a regional team of mortgage originators to meet production goals; recruit and develop staff; coordinate local marketing and external referral relationships; ensure compliance with mortgage and trust regulations and work with operations to meet service levels.
