Build and scale Origami Risk’s third-party Marketplace partnerships, serving as the primary technical contact during onboarding and ongoing collaboration. Manage API documentation, credentials, sandbox environments, integration requirements, and partner readiness. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Technical Sales, and Marketing to support connectors, demos, revenue-generating partnership programs, and go-to-market opportunities. Improve partner onboarding processes, documentation, technical enablement standards, and promotional initiatives while managing forecasts and partnership revenue.

Develops and maintains AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls. Conducts AI model risk assessments covering bias, explainability, data quality, and security; evaluates organizational and vendor risks; supports audits; coordinates with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Technology teams; and promotes compliant AI practices across the organization.

Build and maintain bureau-based insurance solutions using ISO and NCCI rules, rates, and forms. Uses data, analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted techniques to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, guide decisions, and develop responsible AI-enabled features. Acts as the product subject matter expert and supports strategic planning, client responses, and product lifecycle activities.

Leads and mentors Product Managers and Product Analysts responsible for RMIS products. Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; uses customer research, competitive analysis, KPIs, experimentation, data, and AI-assisted tools to guide prioritization and delivery. Partners with design, architecture, marketing, and business stakeholders to launch solutions, ensure SDLC alignment, and deliver customer and commercial outcomes. Oversees team development, performance evaluations, and responsible AI adoption across the product lifecycle.

Own the EHS product strategy, 12-month roadmap, feature backlog, and Agile delivery process. Translate customer and business needs into requirements, prioritize releases, support Scrum teams, validate software quality, and partner with stakeholders, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Lead AI-informed discovery, experimentation, prototyping, governance, and responsible implementation while using data and analytics to guide decisions and optimize product outcomes.

Builds and ships user-facing product experiences and integrations using low-code, no-code, and AI-assisted development tools. Translates stakeholder needs into maintainable solutions, integrates platform services and APIs, applies authentication, security, privacy, and compliance controls, and partners with Product, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and QA. The role also defines testing, telemetry, documentation, runbooks, acceptance criteria, and post-launch product health metrics.
