Leads the Business Process Team and operational improvement initiatives for insurance agency functions. Oversees user access and system administration, develops and documents business processes, coordinates training and workflow rollouts, manages projects, and ensures processes align with organizational goals. Requires insurance agency or brokerage experience in Property and Casualty, agency operations expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership experience, and strong organization. Project management experience and a P&C license are preferred.

The role requires extensive insurance brokerage experience, industry licensing, and relevant professional designations.

Participates in a comprehensive insurance and risk management internship, supporting client management teams and serving clients. Completes project work, develops professional and industry skills, attends educational webinars, builds relationships with managers and mentors, and learns about insurance career opportunities. The program requires full attendance and offers exposure to industry partners and client service practices.

Supports Business Insurance Select clients by responding promptly to service needs and preparing endorsements, certificates, audits, applications, and related documentation. Requires strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to manage client requests. Insurance knowledge, a Property & Casualty license, insurance designations, and experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, or EPIC are preferred.

Develop new business insurance client relationships, evaluate referrals, gather application information, obtain quotes from insurance markets, and guide proposals through binding coverage. The role requires client service, sales goal achievement, attention to detail, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Consultant will develop a prospecting plan, build relationships to convert prospects into clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
