Develop and maintain full-stack applications and backend services for the Threat Intelligence team using Python, TypeScript, React, and Go. Manage PostgreSQL databases, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational automation. Lead global partner engagement and enablement programs to drive pipeline and partner loyalty. Own strategy and execution for partner events, demand center content, enablement initiatives, cross-functional alignment, partner lifecycle improvements, and KPI-driven analytics to measure and optimize partner program performance.

Lead global presales engineering escalation, AI-driven workflow transformation, and field enablement. Build governance, intake systems, knowledge capture, and cross-functional advocacy to scale technical expertise, resolve complex escalations, and improve presales outcomes and access governance.
