Maintains accounts receivable, posts parker payments, prepares bank deposits, collects overdue accounts, assists with client statements, calculates and enters payroll, and provides phone, walk-in, mail, and administrative customer support.

Manages daily parking facility operations, including client service, staffing, training, cash controls, budgeting, procurement, vendor needs, accounting, maintenance, safety, damage claims, and OSHA compliance. Leads a diverse team, improves operational performance and customer satisfaction, monitors profitability, and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
