Lead technical direction and hands-on full-stack development for AI-native marketing platforms. Build React and Next.js applications, backend services, API integrations, infrastructure, and event-driven systems. Establish architecture, scalability, reliability, and code-quality standards; guide technical decisions; coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Design; mentor engineers; and evaluate emerging technologies and agentic frameworks.
