Serve as primary VMS account contact for healthcare clients: build relationships, optimize contingent workforce programs, manage supplier partnerships, monitor performance metrics, support VMS implementation/adoption, conduct business reviews, drive operational improvements and account growth.

Lead enterprise sales for MSP, VMS, and multi-service workforce solutions to large healthcare systems. Build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract, develop pricing and proposals, partner cross-functionally for solution delivery, and maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM.

Develop and execute channel and alliance strategies to recruit and manage strategic healthcare partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, establish executive relationships, implement partner enablement and incentive programs, monitor partner performance and forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market and implementation. Travel up to 50%.
