The Account Executive sells MetLife's Group Benefits, maintains customer relationships, develops sales strategies, and provides financial consulting support.

Administers group insurance transactions for participants, plan sponsors, customers, and internal partners. Reviews and enters enrollment data, manages eligibility and beneficiary records, handles plan referrals, maintains automated systems, troubleshoots data issues, develops customer relationships, and researches escalated cases. The role also supports process improvements, explains procedures during customer interactions, and ensures accurate, timely service delivery.

Manage relationships with third-party administrators, vendors, brokers, and Korea-based clients. Own production health and performance for AI-enabled claims products across Disability & Leave. Monitor SLAs and UX, lead incident triage and RCA, prioritize fixes with engineering and operations, drive systemic improvements, and oversee FINEOS/Catalyst integration and optimization.

Lead and coach a team of Complaint & Litigation Specialists to log, research, and resolve complaints and grievances. Manage team inventory, workflows, and performance, build cross-functional partnerships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive timely, accurate case closures.

Lead product strategy for correspondence and digital experiences across the disability claim lifecycle. Define AI-enabled solutions, translate business and regulatory requirements into prioritized features, collaborate with Legal/Compliance/IT/Operations, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver compliant, empathetic, and efficient claimant and employer experiences.
