Supports drilling product development through field visits, design reviews, technical documentation, software and configuration management, laboratory and field testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and onsite or remote product support. Coordinates field tests, documents results, gathers operational feedback, investigates root causes, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve drilling technologies.

Develop Snowflake data pipelines and Sigma dashboards, implement cloud-native reporting platforms, enable AI-driven insights, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. The role provides solution architecture, data strategy, functional leadership, demos, user sessions, and production support across global Oracle environments. Requires 25% domestic and international travel.
