Serve as the Product Owner for CMS programs, owning the Salesforce product roadmap, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, leading backlog grooming and sprint planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting testing and UAT, managing documentation and technical processes, and driving adoption and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements and program timelines.

Lead human-centered design and front-end engineering for the NIH Data Lakehouse: conduct user research and testing; create wireframes, prototypes, flows, and accessible interfaces; build scalable React/Next.js/TypeScript UI components; integrate with GraphQL and search services; contribute to design systems, component libraries, and platform-wide front-end best practices.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture direction for enterprise application teams. Lead and execute system, integration, and end-to-end testing for Zero Trust cybersecurity systems. Create test plans, cases, and scripts; document results and evidence; track defects; collaborate with engineers to reproduce and validate fixes; ensure compliance with DoD/internal standards and meet project timelines.

Support federal EHR modernization for Indian Health Service by managing acquisitions and task order administration, preparing SOWs and MPRs, tracking project artifacts, coordinating partner calls, identifying process improvements, and serving as liaison to Task Order Managers. Requires Public Trust Level 5 and up to 25% domestic travel.
