Own the development and growth of Lemonade Car insurance products, including coverage, pricing, eligibility, policy language, rating plans, and product strategy. Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Insurance Operations, and Product teams to define requirements, secure regulatory approval, launch improvements, analyze results, and respond to market trends and customer needs.

Develop and launch car insurance product features, partnering with Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, Engineering, and Data. Own regulatory product initiatives, define coverage and pricing requirements, analyze performance metrics, monitor competitors and market trends, and recommend actions for profitable growth.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Lemonade Car insurance, driving profitable growth, rating and coverage improvements, underwriting sophistication, and regulatory approval processes. Lead and develop a team of product managers and analysts, guide AI-first workflow adoption, align Insurance, Engineering, Data, and Product teams, and present strategic recommendations and performance metrics to executives.

Build and scale compliance processes for Lemonade’s P&C insurance products across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet lines. Develop policies, provide regulatory guidance to leadership, partner with Insurance Operations and Product, manage compliance projects, and improve processes through AI and automation while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Develop and own car rating plans and rate indications; collaborate with Data Science on predictive models; prepare rate filing support for ML models; monitor pricing and underwriting performance; analyze competitor rating strategies; partner with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and BI; and advance actuarial credentials while applying AI-driven insights.
