Leads Stripe’s copy, creative concepts, and global campaigns across film, digital, print, OOH, and activations. Lead complex customer implementations of Metronome’s usage-based billing platform, including discovery, requirements gathering, technical and integration design, configuration, testing, data migration, and launch. Advise customers on pricing, packaging, quote-to-cash, and consumption models. Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, payment, tax, ERP, billing, and analytics systems; coordinate with implementation teams and R&D; manage risks; build customer relationships; and ensure post-implementation handoffs.

Lead design and scaling of global performance, talent planning, and career development programs. Partner with People Products and cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable systems, run complex cross-functional workstreams, use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine strategy, and drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Own end-to-end privacy operations programs (DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, cookie compliance). Drive process improvements and automation, build playbooks and documentation, triage incoming requests, coordinate Privacy Legal and Engineering, and ensure regulatory readiness and auditable records.
