Sell Garner's healthcare solutions to brokers, consultants, and employers across the Northeast. Build and manage a territory pipeline, activate and deepen broker partnerships, run deals end-to-end, and implement tracking and processes to meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage Regional Directors and Account Executives across the East region to drive sales to mid-market employers (50–9,999 lives). Partner with sales to design and present Garner's Employer and DataPro solutions to high-value prospects. Lead discovery, technical solution design, RFP responses, and project-manage engagements with support from Data and Product teams. Act as technical liaison, communicate value propositions, and stay current on industry trends to inform product improvements.
