Manage, track, distribute, version-control, and archive documentation for transportation and infrastructure projects. Maintain document registers, logs, electronic files, and collaboration systems while coordinating review, approval, signature, and distribution workflows. Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, reports, meeting minutes, inspections, changes, and closeout records. Follow up on outstanding documents, support audits and project closeout, and ensure compliance with company and client document-control procedures.
