Own P&L and lead product strategy for commercial auto lines: develop pricing, underwriting guidelines, new programs, compliance, competitive analysis, and cross-functional communications while leading and enabling teams to drive growth and profitability.

Conduct quality assurance audits and file reviews of commercial underwriting to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations. Build and maintain virtual agency partnerships, execute territory and agency strategies, manage pipeline end-to-end, provide product and system training, ensure appropriate book mix and profitability, and collaborate with internal partners to capitalize on opportunities.
