Lead Workday integration consultants and delivery workstreams, designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors. Partner with clients and third-party vendors on requirements, design documents, technical solutions, and deployment. Provide consulting leadership, communicate challenges, improve delivery processes, and support Workday HCM and Financials transformations. Develop low-code solutions (Model-driven and Canvas apps), automate processes with Power Automate, create data visualizations, integrate data, maintain coding standards, produce design documentation, support production issues, and act as a Power Platform SME advising on architecture, security, and CoE governance while participating in Agile ceremonies.
