Leads account-based marketing for PayPal’s BXO product line and large enterprise merchants. Owns always-on ABM, email nurture, digital campaigns, target-account strategy, content distribution, events, webinars, partner co-marketing, and performance reporting. Oversees product implementations, operational reviews, metrics, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with technology, design, data science, and business stakeholders.

Leads complex litigation, corporate transactions, discovery, and legal document management. Manages corporate governance for domestic and international subsidiaries, including entity records, regulatory filings, SEC reports, stockholder meetings, M&A support, and licensing or KYC requests.
