Leads global pricing operations, ensuring merchant and partner pricing is accurately configured, validated, reconciled, and compliant with contracted terms and SOX controls. Partners with Sales, Legal, and Pricing Product on complex deals, resolves escalated issues, develops pricing models, analyzes data, and drives process improvements and automation. Manages and develops a team of pricing operations analysts while supporting broader pricing transformation initiatives.

Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, troubleshoots network and TLS incidents, supports edge services through on-call rotation, and documents operational practices. Partners with SRE, security, and product engineering teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices.

Leads regional employee benefits strategy, program design, financial management, compliance, vendor relationships, renewals, RFPs, evaluation metrics, and employee engagement initiatives. Partners with global and local stakeholders, brokers, consultants, and vendors to optimize benefits programs and align them with organizational objectives. Manages a team and develops recommendations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, key life events, and departure.

Leads HR strategy for mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, process and policy integration, change management, communications, talent retention, cultural harmonization, and legal and regulatory compliance. Partners with stakeholders to support successful integrations and broader M&A objectives.

Applies security best practices to optimize systems, analyzes and resolves security challenges, drives cross-functional security initiatives, collaborates with engineers, and improves security processes and team effectiveness.
