Lead and develop the PM community to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Coach PMs, conduct PIRs, monitor commercial, risk, schedule, and quality metrics, support proposal pricing and performance analysis, run trainings (Oracle/IPS), approve project setups, and act as project manager on assignments to improve project execution and controls.

Assist project managers in planning and designing traffic engineering projects including signing and pavement marking, signals, ITS, lighting, ADA ramps, and related plans and reports under licensed engineer supervision.

Support industrial water process engineering tasks including process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, process modeling, specifications, cost estimates, site inspections, construction/startup support, permit documentation, and technical reporting under a licensed PE's supervision.
