Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 active infrastructure and software customers. Manage account health, retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, forecasting, and revenue performance. Build multi-threaded relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate technical, support, product, and professional services teams to deliver customer outcomes. The role requires experience managing multiple technology accounts and driving recurring revenue growth across cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS offerings.

Serve as the named technical partner for existing AI customers, driving CoreWeave platform adoption, expansion, and production scaling. Design and deploy LLM applications, solve complex technical problems, strengthen customer relationships, translate technical concepts for executives and engineers, identify blockers, and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Partner with Account Managers and Field Engineers to deliver technical success across infrastructure, models, orchestration, observability, and inference.

Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers across CoreWeave's AI platform. Drive adoption and expansion by helping teams train, fine-tune, deploy, and scale LLMs and other deep learning workloads on GPU infrastructure. Own technical relationships, surface product feedback, remove blockers, and collaborate with sales, specialists, and engineering to ensure customers achieve production success.

Lead enterprise eDiscovery and insider-risk investigations by collecting, preserving, analyzing, and reviewing data from cloud infrastructure, endpoints, and repositories. Build AI-powered automation, correlate activity logs into investigative timelines, manage legal holds and governance policies, support digital forensics, and produce structured evidence packages for Security, Legal, HR, and investigative teams.
