Lead internal IT operations, including Microsoft 365 tenant migration and administration, Okta and Entra ID identity management, Windows endpoint management through Intune, and service desk supervision. Manage onboarding, offboarding, assets, vendors, ITSM processes, documentation, incidents, and compliance evidence supporting SOC 2 and CJIS requirements. Coordinate with technical, security, and parent-company teams during organizational decentralization, and provide occasional after-hours incident support.

Own a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS accounts in the Courts vertical, drive retention and expansion, manage account health in CRM, run QBRs and success plans, surface customer feedback to Product, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Implementation.
