Own relationships, performance, and growth across hospital partners operating Moxi robot fleets. Lead executive check-ins and business reviews, use utilization and reliability data to improve site outcomes, manage issue-resolution projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, train clinical staff, activate use cases, and identify fleet expansion opportunities. The role is field-based with approximately 75% travel.

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for robotics and autonomy features. Translate customer feedback, fleet telemetry, and engineering inputs into requirements, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally to drive development, launches, and measure adoption, reliability, and autonomy performance. Stay current on robotics and AI advances to inform product opportunities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
