As an ML Engineer I, you'll build datasets, run experiments, improve evaluation tools, and support model export tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams on robotics projects.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with emphasis on high availability, security (Palo Alto firewalls), wireless design, routing/switching, hosted IP voice, and on-site assessments. Act as senior escalation point, lead deployments, troubleshoot outages, and mentor junior engineers.

Monitor and support a fleet of mobile service robots in hospitals, collect and report field data, communicate with hospital stakeholders, ensure customer satisfaction, work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays, and complete required vaccinations and HIPAA training.

Serve as primary contact for inbound/outbound calls to the Robot Operations Center, communicate robot status and fleet capacity, document activity in ticketing systems, coordinate with technical and incident teams, provide timely support and updates to clinical staff, and assist with in-person outreach when needed.
