Leads Thales’ Software Monetization sales organization across the Americas, owning revenue, bookings, forecasting, pipeline health, and growth. Develops direct and channel sales strategies, acquires new customers, expands existing accounts, and supports major deals. Defines territories, quotas, compensation, KPIs, and sales methodologies while recruiting and coaching regional sales leaders. Partners with marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams on go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and business planning. Maintains executive customer and partner relationships and reports performance to senior leadership.

Designs, documents, and implements complex Java UI applications using Eclipse RCP, JFace, and JavaFX. Responsibilities include software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, use-case development, proof-of-concepts, code reviews, testing, agile delivery, and continuous integration. Develops and maintains cross-platform kernel software for file systems and storage. Responsibilities include designing performant and correct code, debugging Linux user-space and kernel issues, developing FUSE-based file system code, writing unit tests and functional specifications, troubleshooting defects and customer escalations, and collaborating with QA, support, product, architecture, and project management teams in a SAFe Agile environment.

Performs revenue recognition analysis, contract interpretation, transaction documentation, revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations, month-end close support, reporting, audit assistance, and compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC Topic 606. Partners with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and auditors; researches accounting issues, monitors regulatory changes, supports multiple-element arrangement allocations, and trains sales teams on revenue recognition principles.

Lead strategy and hands-on development of AI-driven marketing automation and agentic workflows. Architect and integrate AI agents with MarTech (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo), implement governance and performance metrics, drive adoption, and measure efficiency, cost, quality, and revenue impact.

Lead design, architecture, and hands-on development of secure, cloud-based identity and data protection products for law enforcement. Define standards, drive technical decisions, deploy and validate solutions in cloud/on-prem, mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, support bids, and maintain authoritative technical documentation to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performance systems.

Lead regional go-to-market strategy and execution for Identity and Access Management in the Americas. Partner closely with sales to drive account-focused programs, own marketing contribution to pipeline, run high-impact initiatives (events, partner plays), coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide performance insights. Mentor team members and support land-and-expand, upsell, and advocacy efforts tied to measurable pipeline outcomes.

Own and expand customer relationships within existing accounts to drive cross-sell, upsell, renewals and long-term growth. Lead Customer Business Reviews, build Key Account Plans, identify whitespace opportunities, mitigate churn, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to align solutions with customer outcomes.
