Design, integrate, and sustain CSfC solutions; lead platform-security engineering on RHEL and VMware/KVM; implement PKI and encryption lifecycles; develop automation in Bash and Go; apply STIG/CSfC compliance; troubleshoot classified networking; produce documentation and mentor engineers.

Manage quoting and order activities for assigned IT accounts: respond to RFQs, process orders, validate technical configurations with WWT tools, leverage promotions and partner programs, identify upsell opportunities, produce reporting, and mentor onboarding sales ops staff while collaborating with client managers and sales engineers.

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions including integrations, scripting, workflows, service catalog, and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, perform upgrades, support production issues, and produce technical documentation in an Agile environment.

Serve as primary ADP Vantage HCM subject matter expert and system owner; support global HCM/HRIS systems, lead integrations and data mapping, manage configuration/security, coordinate testing/UAT, run reports and audits, provide vendor and user support, and contribute to HCM roadmap and process improvements.

Lead the development and scaling of WWT's AWS Application Modernization offerings: author reference architectures, SOWs/LOEs, and playbooks; act as pre-sales SME; provide technical oversight and quality gating on strategic modernization engagements; collaborate across Cloud, Data & AI, Security and Infrastructure; and capture delivery learnings to improve repeatability, cost modeling, and client outcomes.

Support project financial health for Strategic Resourcing by forecasting costs/revenue, tracking budgets, hours, burn rates and utilization, performing variance analysis and audits, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance, surfacing financial risks, and delivering reports and insights to cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making and on-time delivery.
