Support the women’s footwear design team by converting trend research into commercial concepts, creating detailed sketches/CADs and tech packs, coordinating with product development, managing prototypes and digital assets, participating in fittings, and attending international tradeshows as needed.

Own end-to-end planning, retail allocation, inventory deployment, S&OP/IBP governance, KPIs, and change management while implementing planning technology and improving inventory turns across multi-channel retail.

Lead on-site execution for nationwide corporate event fittings and pop-ups while coordinating logistics, staffing, shipping, and travel. Maintain event calendars, inventory, processes, and playbooks; train and onboard event staff and partners. Handle corporate sales inbox, customer follow-ups, order coordination, and administrative support. Must be Austin-based and travel heavily (50-75%).
