Own and administer Forcepoint’s enterprise Anthropic environment, including provisioning, identity integrations, connectors, access policies, licensing, usage audits, security controls, and vendor management. Drive the internal AI platform roadmap by gathering feedback, prioritizing improvements, onboarding teams, delivering training, and measuring adoption. Partner with security on AI governance, data protection, acceptable-use policies, and incident response while serving as the primary Anthropic vendor contact.

Own end-to-end delivery of Forcepoint’s Enterprise AI program portfolio, coordinating engineering, platform, security, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include milestone tracking in Jira, risk and dependency resolution, executive reporting, AI infrastructure cost visibility, governance and production readiness, adoption measurement, and launch training. The role manages multiple concurrent AI programs from requirements through production deployment and supports strategic portfolio decisions with senior leadership.

Maintains monthly liquidity and free cash flow forecasts, models working capital and balance sheet positions, forecasts foreign exchange exposure, and proposes hedging trades. Partners with FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, and Accounts Payable teams to improve cash management. Produces predictive metrics, cross-functional reporting, executive presentations, and analytics supporting liquidity and operational decision-making.

Supports legal and compliance operations by implementing workflow automation, administering AI-assisted tools, improving governance processes, maintaining policies and training materials, and assisting with compliance questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, and commercial contracts. The role collaborates with IT, Information Security, Procurement, Revenue Operations, and other business teams to improve efficiency and regulatory adherence.
