Provide expert legal support for global data center client contracts, focusing on complex commercial leases, triple-net leases, service agreements and gigawatt campus projects. Partner with Finance, Legal, Construction, and investors to model scenarios, negotiate financing, manage liquidity and covenant compliance, and support board-level decision-making.

Lead national hyperscale sales strategy for U.S. Hyperscale clients, manage key relationships, drive pipeline and forecast accuracy, coordinate cross-functional delivery, prepare RFPs/SOWs/MSAs, and analyze financial performance to meet margin and growth targets.
