Manage onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle account management for hyperscale and large enterprise clients. Build and maintain client relationships, capture requirements, run meetings, produce status reports, track account health and QA metrics, manage support systems and documentation, drive renewals and continuous improvement, and provide 24x7 support including emergency response and periodic travel to data center locations.

Provide technical direction and mentorship, perform power system analysis, ensure code compliance (IBC, NFPA, NEC), support urgent electrical incidents, develop procedures (MOPs/EOPs/SOPs), assess client expansions, and present technical reports to management. Collaborate cross-functionally and occasionally travel to sites.

Lead structuring, execution, and ongoing management of third-party investment in U.S. greenfield data center assets. Oversee JV and asset financial performance, financing and capital structures, risk assessment, investor reporting, and governance across development lifecycle. Partner with Finance, Legal, Construction, and investors to model scenarios, negotiate financing, manage liquidity and covenant compliance, and support board-level decision-making.
