Executes strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the Americas Capital Markets business. Partners with leadership and marketing centers of excellence to develop brand initiatives, content plans, communications, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and business development activities. Uses market and client insights to optimize marketing investment, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. Develops integrated master schedules, governance frameworks, reporting standards, KPIs, scenario analyses, and quantitative risk assessments. Advises executive and client stakeholders on phasing, critical paths, delivery risks, and mitigation strategies. Aligns design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, cost, and commercial objectives while ensuring schedule quality and data integrity. Builds and mentors high-performing scheduling teams and supports business development.

Develops multifamily marketing and resident engagement initiatives across a community portfolio. Creates social media, digital, email, branding, and reputation management campaigns; manages Canva templates and digital listings; analyzes Google Business, Yardi, and customer engagement data; supports SEO, SEM, paid media, and website optimization; trains onsite teams; and partners with operations, vendors, and community teams to improve prospect and resident experiences.

Leads major client accounts and multidisciplinary teams across global occupier services. Sets account strategy, manages client relationships, contracts, governance, P&L, profitability, risk mitigation, talent development, service delivery, and business expansion. Oversees integrated facility management, project and development services, transaction management, portfolio administration, and workplace strategy.
