Manage insurance applications from submission through final status, reviewing cases for completeness, compliance, and accuracy. Research and resolve discrepancies, obtain missing documentation, monitor case progress, document activities, and communicate with agents, carriers, medical providers, customers, and internal teams. Provide status updates and guidance while following company procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Lead and drive sales for assigned channel/accounts by developing strategic business plans, managing and coaching sales teams, executing sales and lead-generation strategies, partnering with operations to meet SLAs, and managing P&L to achieve revenue and retention goals. Ensure talent development, cross-selling, and use of technology and marketing to grow business.
