Post-sale technical role partnering with financial institutions and integrators to architect, troubleshoot, validate, and launch integrations using the Alkami SDK and platform APIs. Triage SDK tickets, scope contracted engagements, coordinate escalations to Engineering, and provide technical advisory and testing support through go-live.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native full-stack systems. Own features end-to-end, participate in coding, code reviews, debugging, production monitoring, and on-call rotations. Mentor engineers, improve development tools and test coverage, optimize performance, design data and caching strategies, and champion API-first integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to maintain system health and deliver reliable SaaS solutions.

Administer and reconcile sales commissions using CaptivateIQ, prepare commission-related month/quarter-end accounting (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations), partner with Payroll/Revenue/HR, respond to discrepancies and audit requests, and identify automation and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely commission payouts.
