Manage and scale Minted’s supply chain network, including manufacturer relationships, vendor performance, capacity planning, fulfillment strategy, quality control, and peak-season execution. Build forecasting and capacity models, route orders, onboard partners, enforce service levels, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on routing, inventory, and order-management system improvements.

Designs and deploys AI assistants, copilots, custom agents, and end-to-end workflow automations across business functions. Builds integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and serverless architectures. Develops prompt, RAG, and agentic solutions while measuring ROI and adoption. Partners with IT Operations and Security on governance, privacy, compliance, and secure deployment. Documents solutions, trains teams, and continuously improves automations based on usage and feedback.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Minted’s e-commerce discovery experience across search, browse, navigation, category, and product detail pages. Use customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and product data to improve discovery and conversion. Partner with engineering, design, merchandising, marketing, SEO, and adjacent product teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives, define instrumentation, manage dependencies, and measure business impact. Mentor other product managers and establish high standards for product strategy, execution, and customer experience.
