Build and lead a global channel and systems integrator motion: design partner programs, enable and manage VAR/SI relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell with regional sales teams across US/EMEA/APJ, manage partner pipeline in CRM, and hire/coach partner managers to scale the channel.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent engineering programs by defining objectives, success metrics, and milestones; facilitate PI planning; identify and resolve risks; build program management processes and tooling from scratch; use AI tools to automate workflows; communicate progress and impacts to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery.

Own co-marketing strategy and execution with strategic hyperscaler and platform partners. Design joint GTM programs, secure and manage MDF, integrate partners into campaigns, shape messaging for technical and business audiences, measure program ROI and pipeline impact, and build partner-specific sales enablement to drive partner-influenced deals.

Lead a team to develop data strategy and insights across multiple business functions, driving analytics evolution and ensuring data quality and governance.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (1,000–10,000 employees), build net-new pipeline, engage technical and business stakeholders, coordinate demos/POCs with Sales Engineering, leverage AI tools for outreach and pipeline management, and drive deals to close while partnering with Customer Success for expansion and onboarding.
