Build and moderate DraftKings’ Discord community by engaging sports betting fans, creating real-time content and events, responding to questions, monitoring sentiment, and sharing community insights cross-functionally. Support live-event coverage during evenings, weekends, and major sporting moments while maintaining a welcoming, responsible, and trusted community environment.

Manage intellectual property litigation, disputes, outside counsel, discovery, court filings, and settlement strategy. Advise business teams on patents, trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, and legal risks. Support patent harvesting, trademark protection, infringement enforcement, regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and AI governance policies. Requires strong litigation judgment, communication, collaboration, and ability to manage complex priorities.

Leads high-urgency incident response from detection through resolution, coordinating engineers, leadership, and stakeholders. Runs incident bridges, communicates business impacts, documents timelines and decisions, supports blameless post-incident reviews, and analyzes incident trends. The role also leads process-improvement projects, enhances incident reporting and data collection, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Provides legal and regulatory counsel for DraftKings’ regulated prediction-market exchange and related clearing initiatives. Advises on the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations, drafts exchange rules and governance materials, supports filings, monitors derivatives-market developments, manages outside counsel, and partners with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and operations teams to launch and operate regulated products.

Prospect and acquire high-value VIP customers, build lasting relationships, and manage regional acquisition strategies. The role includes creating customer events, executing localized promotions, managing revenue and profit plans, supporting compliance and responsible gaming initiatives, and delivering experiences that encourage brand advocacy. Candidates need sales or business development experience with high-value accounts, willingness to travel and work nights and weekends, and eligibility for state gaming and financial licenses.
