Owns Site Reliability Engineering for a customer-facing SaaS platform across Azure and Azure Government. Responsibilities include monitoring and observability, incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and operational security. The engineer will define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, lead post-incident reviews, reduce operational toil, and collaborate with development teams on scalable, reliable platform operations.

Lead solution marketing and demand generation for JustFOIA and JustMeetings. Develop positioning, value propositions, sales enablement, content, webinars, nurture programs, and integrated campaigns targeting government and public-sector audiences. Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue, while analyzing campaign performance, reporting ROI, and optimizing messaging and programs.

Build, test, support, and enhance scalable web applications using Node.js, React, MongoDB, and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture and technical documentation, and lead medium-complexity initiatives. Participate in code reviews, Agile development, on-call support, technical debt reduction, and monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and software quality standards.
