Lead and grow the Funding & Payments engineering organization, owning architecture, reliability, and delivery for underwriting, funding, and payments systems. Drive distributed, event-driven microservices, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Risk, and Operations.
