Owns modernization, legacy reduction, AI-enabled application delivery, cloud architecture, vendor evaluations, and roadmap alignment with business stakeholders while developing engineering managers and driving cross-line transformation.

Support Life & Retirement product strategy through competitive intelligence, market analysis, and illustration systems expertise. Deliver market insights, maintain benchmarking and product documentation, facilitate cross-functional product development, support illustration modifications, and identify process improvements. Maintain the investment accounting subledger by processing and reconciling trading and cash activity, running valuations and controls, preparing net investment income analysis, STAT and GAAP disclosures, and regulatory reports. Support audits, identify process improvements, drive automation, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.

Support development and execution of P&C product strategies, rate plans, and enhancements. Perform financial, market, and competitive analyses. Build dashboards and reports, prepare datasets, support pricing, underwriting guidelines, and state regulatory filings. Manage product initiatives, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and communicate performance and regulatory responses to stakeholders.
