Provide strategic, one-on-one support to creators across categories: advise on campaign strategy and launches, track interactions in CRM, run community education programs, recruit beta participants for product features, surface creator feedback internally, and collaborate with marketing to showcase priority creators.

Lead outreach and account strategy for Kickstarter's Games category: build and maintain creator relationships, drive creator acquisition and retention, develop educational resources and partnerships, represent Kickstarter at events, gather market intelligence, support product adoption, and advocate for creators internally to improve product and policy.
